Warranty

All warranty claims must include an original proof of purchase receipt.

Water Filters, Drinking Water Systems - Limited One (1) Year Warranty. Housings ONLY, excluding cartridges, seals, faucets, installation fittings and parts.

Shower Filter - Limited One (1) Year Warranty. Housings ONLY, excluding cartridges, filter media, seals, installation fittings and parts.

Cartridges, Filter or Elements - No Warranty.

No Salt Water Conditioners - Limited three (3) year warranty, excluding external wiring and connections.

Water Coolers - warranted as per manufacturers warranty card.

Products (as noted above) are warranted, to the original purchaser for the period noted above, from the date of purchase, against defects in material or workmanship.

Clean Water Concepts' obligation under these warranties shall consist of repair, replacement or credit (at our option) of any part found by inspection to be defective, provided that the product has not been misused, abused, altered or damaged as determined by Clean Water Concepts, and provided that only approved Clean Water Concepts' replacement cartridges, seals or lamps have been used in the housing.

This warranty does NOT apply to the cartridge and/or filter media which by nature will diminish in performance through normal use and requires regular replacement.

This warranty does NOT cover, and is intended to exclude, any liability on the part of Clean Water Concepts for any incidental damages, consequential damages, labour charges or any other costs incurred in connection with the purchase, installation, use, maintenance or repair of the equipment whether under this warranty or any other warranty implied by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province / state to state.

This warranty applies only to equipment purchased and installed in domestic residential applications in Canada or the U.S.A. This warranty does NOT apply to commercial / industrial installations.
